X-Rite, Pantone and Sun Chemical Launch New Eco-Kraft Corrugated Packaging Library for PantoneLIVE

The new Eco-Kraft corrugated board-dependent color library for PantoneLIVE™ is a cloud-based digital color standard ecosystem that will enable converters to set realistic expectations for producing Pantone color standards on corrugated board made from recycled materials.
Now available as part of the PantoneLIVE Production - Print and Packaging subscription, the Eco-Kraft library was created using a brown Kraft substrate with substantially higher recycled content than previous libraries. The result is a base substrate color that is more chromatic. This new library allows the closest possible reproduction of the Pantone Matching System core colors that can be produced on Eco-Kraft substrates using water-based inks and flexographic printing.
